dreamland day five 26 players remaining. There are no clocks in your dorm room to help you mark the passing of time, but at a certain point, in the early hours of the morning, a cheerful chime tune plays over the loudspeaker. Whether you're awake or asleep, the door to your dorm room is now unlocked. You'll have about a forty five minutes, in which you can get ready or grab some breakfast, before the door that allows you into the park unlocks. By this time, you may or may not have noticed that one of your number is missing. The chimes play again, to announce that the park is open, and the rides and music begin to come back to life as a voice plays over the loudspeaker. "Wake up! Wake up! It's an exciting buy one get one free day for bodies!" You will have until 4 PM to explore the park and talk amongst yourselves. [IBUKI THAT'S GROSS AS HELL...]

That would mean someone would have to come in, right? [He's not judgin, though... He's got two bowls of oatmeal in his hands, and he'll offer one out to Ibuki regardless. There's a copy of Aya's paper tucked under it.]

Um... I submitted a game for you, like I said!

[ OOOH. She's abandoning the hot dog, LET'S TAKE THE OATMEAL. ]

Candy for breakfast!! ...Ooooh, you did?! Oz-chan really did?!

[ RIPPING OPEN THE PAPER and skipping literally everything until she finds that maze. Who cares about anything else. Ibuki squeals promptly. ]

Oz-chan!! Marry Ibuki!

[He can now rest at ease knowing that Ibuki is at least eating a little better even though she also apparently thinks she is eating candy... iBUKI.]

I did! It isn't really much since I'm not good at thinking up puzzles, though. Your crossword would have been hard to beat.

[HE DOESN'T EVEN GET FLUSTERED AT THE MARRIAGE DECLARATION. Instead he just laughs, though it's kind of subdued. He's still pretty worn down from everything that happened the night before.]

Ehehehe! No one solved it, anyway. Ibuki guesses that puzzles people can solve are the best!

[ yEAH well see how Ibuki feels when people accuse her of being a VIP later. THERE MAY BE NO WEDDING. She will take a purple marker from her pocket to begin doing the maze, though. ]

But for now since they are blissfully unaware, Oz will just prop his chin up and watch her go through the maze.]

Really? I tried a few of them, but I got stumped, too. Maybe you're just really good at making games like that.

[ DURING THE TRIAL OR BEFORE, IS THE QUESTION. At least it would distract her from her impending panic attack... ]

Edea-chan and Nui-chan said the clues were too specific!

[ A pause, since...neither of those two are here any longer, but they had been the two to publicly complain, and so Ibuki had talked to them about it the day the crossword puzzle was posted... ]

But every question was answerable by at least one person here!

Maybe it was just a little harder because we didn't know which people to ask. [Or maybe because the questions didn't make any sense?? But Oz won't say that at least...]

Of course! Ibuki wanted people to be able to have fun playing it, after all!!

Well... Even if I didn't finish it, I still had a lot of fun playing it. It was a fun puzzle!

Ehehehe! Ibuki's glad Oz-chan liked it! Although...she really wanted Fuyuhiko-chan to play it, too. One of the clues was specifically for him.

[ And then he DIED the day the paper was published. ]

[RUDE AS HELL FUYUHIKO. Oz's expression drops a little further at that, though, because he knows Fuyuhiko and Ibuki had been friends.]

...I'm sure that he would have liked it, too, if he had been able to play it.

[Which isn't exactly hugely reassuring but he sure doesn't know what else to say.]

He...probably would have scolded Ibuki a lot, actually! The clue was to tease him...and for the articles about dinosaurs, he would've yelled at her, too. It was gonna be fun!

[ She'd been excited for it!

And then... ]

...Ibuki's really really tired of her classmates dying.

[Oz lapses into silence at that, stirring at his own oatmeal.]

I'm sorry that... this is happening. [He doesn't really know what else to say to her, and his usual optimism falters. They've only gone through four days of this, and it's already worn so many people down so greatly...

Ibuki and her classmates seem particularly unfortunate, not only for having been such frequent targets, but for having arrived here after being in a similarly bad situation.]
