dreamland day five 26 players remaining. There are no clocks in your dorm room to help you mark the passing of time, but at a certain point, in the early hours of the morning, a cheerful chime tune plays over the loudspeaker. Whether you're awake or asleep, the door to your dorm room is now unlocked. You'll have about a forty five minutes, in which you can get ready or grab some breakfast, before the door that allows you into the park unlocks. By this time, you may or may not have noticed that one of your number is missing. The chimes play again, to announce that the park is open, and the rides and music begin to come back to life as a voice plays over the loudspeaker. "Wake up! Wake up! It's an exciting buy one get one free day for bodies!" You will have until 4 PM to explore the park and talk amongst yourselves. [ Her demeanor is less excited today, she doesn't think that the tunnel of love will excite her as much as the ferris wheel, but if it's Ibuki asking... she can't say no. ]

Sure, yeah. I'll go with you.

[ Yeah, Ibuki's...not as excited as usual, but since it isn't one of her classmates who died today, nor anyone she was particularly close to...and since she hasn't quite read Legion's note yet, which would upset her?

She's doing...okay. Dangan Ronpas always do moderately well between murders, though. ]

Ibuki's sure the killer dropped something! Let's keep our eyes peeled!

[ She nods, not saying anything as she steps into one of the empty boats and sits down. ]

...Was Clash-chan close to K-chan or Kaoru-chan?

[ Ibuki will go and sit down as well. She knows there was a body found in the ride from what others said, but hadn't seen Kaoru's body. ]

Not really close, but...

[ She shrugs, looking down at her hands as the boat heads for the opening. ]

K just reminds... reminded me of my dad. He was really nice and always agreed with everything I said.

Ibuki only really talked to him once! But he was pretty nice at that time, she thinks.

[ Though she had never quite figured out if he was a robot or not ????????????? what was he. ]

[ She nods again, not saying anything at first yet again. The campy music starts playing and it definitely doesn't fit the scene at all, it makes her stomach sink. Her eyes even look glassy, but she refuses to show that. ]

Yeah... he helped us a lot. Which is why you and I have to stay alive and figure out who the VIPs are! We're gonna make it out of this together.

[ This...ride is actually kind of creepy when in disrepair...Ibuki keeps her eyes to the side of the ride, trying to spot anything out of the ordinary. ]

Ibuki'd really like that - we have to find the killers and make sure the rest of Ibuki's classmates make it out of this okay. She doesn't wanna find any more of their bodies. Or anyone else's...!

[ Clash watches all the creepy animatronics, trying to see if there's anything off with them other than the fact that this whole place has been left to the wayside. The rusted gears creak and make hideous noises even over the children singing. She just feels so weird after all that's happened in the past day. ]

I don't wanna die and... I don't want you to die either, Ibuki. I really don't know what I'd do without you here.

[poyoyon]

Eh??? Clash-chan, that won't happen! We'll get out of this together, right?! Bandmates aren't allowed to leave one another behind!

[ And now she actually stops watching the ride, clues or no clues, to turn and frown at Clash. ]

It'll be okay! It'll absolutely positively be okay!

[ She looks over at her almost like she's surprised. It takes a few seconds for Ibuki's words to sink in, but she nods. Clash replaces the look for one of determination because a Misfit wouldn't give up so easily. A Misfit wouldn't sit here and mope, they make the situation theirs! She'll prove it to them and to the VIPs that she can make it through this thing with Ibuki at her side!

It's hard for her to not take on Ibuki's assurances, because it makes perfect sense. Clash knows she will come out on top and nobody will ever refuse her. ]

You're right. We're way stronger than what those VIPs give us credit for. We'll beat them and show them that you can't break apart bandmates that easily!

[poyoyon]

[ There's a laugh, and Ibuki extends her hand, smiling. ]

Yep! Don't worry! Ibuki lived through one murder game already, right? Even if it was only one trial.

[ If she had the rest of her memories, she might be more worried, too... ]

[ Clash looks down at her hand and grins, immediately taking it. She laces her fingers with Ibuki, obviously invigorated by her words. ]

Then we'll survive this too. Let's show everyone we're not losers!

Ehehehe! Clash-chan, that's not even something you have to prove! You're definitely not a loser, y'know?

[ Ibuki's fingers lace through Clash's in return, and she grins. ]

Well yeah, but it's always fun to show off sometimes, you know? It makes things fun!

[ Really she just wants Video to be jealous of her beating this with someone as cool as Ibuki... ]

In that case, let's show off together 'till we win this thing, Clash-chan!
