dreamland day three

34 players remaining.

There are no clocks in your dorm room to help you mark the passing of time, but at a certain point, in the early hours of the morning, a cheerful chime tune plays over the loudspeaker. Whether you're awake or asleep, the door to your dorm room is now unlocked. You'll have about a forty five minutes, in which you can get ready or grab some breakfast, before the door that allows you into the park unlocks. By this time, you may or may not have noticed that one of your number is missing.

The chimes play again, to announce that the park is open, and the rides and music begin to come back to life as a voice plays over the loudspeaker.

"Rise and shine! Let's have a lot of fun and look for the bodies, too!"

You will have until 4 PM to explore the park and talk amongst yourselves. Somewhere in the park, you'll find the bodies of Dipper Pines and Mahiru Koizumi.

Then it depends on whether or not someone's telling the dog what to do?
glasshole: (intrigued | i can work with this)

Precisely.

And on whether we feel we can trust that person.
crueltobekind: (Someone's deluded)

Has the dog . . . "said" anything about that?
glasshole: (serious | you've tried my patience)

I haven't been in communication with the dog.

But as for whatever anyone claims the dog has "said"...I would take it with a grain of salt, wouldn't you?
crueltobekind: (That room explodes)

Obviously. Especially when so far I've only read it in this paper.
glasshole: (notebook | time is money)

Thus far, the ones who seem to be speaking for the dog are...Tanaka and K, I believe.

I don't know much about either of them, but yesterday's debacle has me concerned.
crueltobekind: (Bro you're a dumbass)

What happened with Levi? It sounds like a mess . . . I don't get what he was thinking at all.
glasshole: (pleasant | i'm actually quite pleased)

It depends on whether we feel we can take his word on any of his claims...

I believe, however, he may have been telling the truth that the detective note wasn't his. It seems he believed it was real, even though most of us had dismissed it as a forgery. He decided on his own the reason we dismissed it was that we were unwilling to vote. So he claimed to be the detective to push us into voting.

If I'm right, his intentions were in the right place. He was just a complete moron. Regardless, he nearly got an innocent party killed, caused us to waste an afternoon executing him, and forced the real detective to reveal himself.
