![]() There are no clocks in your dorm room to help you mark the passing of time, but at a certain point, in the early hours of the morning, a cheerful chime tune plays over the loudspeaker. Whether you're awake or asleep, the door to your dorm room is now unlocked. You'll have about a forty five minutes, in which you can get ready or grab some breakfast, before the door that allows you into the park unlocks. By this time, you may or may not have noticed that one of your number is missing. The chimes play again, to announce that the park is open, and the rides and music begin to come back to life as a voice plays over the loudspeaker. "Looks like it's time to get started after all! To all our guests, have a magical morning! Dream big and have fun, but don't forget to look for the body! We'll see you in the afternoon at the Hall of Mirrors when it's time to vote, okay?" You will have until 4 PM to explore the park and talk amongst yourselves. Somewhere in the park, you'll find the body of Malik Ishtar. character statuses private conversations graveyard Voting will close at 10 PM EST on Sept 24. Though a special comment for discussion will go up shortly before voting, you are encouraged to discuss who to vote for throughout the day. |

[dutifully handing it over! And since he brought more than one, he'll try on a set as well.]
Hmm...
[He tries tying the stick ends together, but they're a bit wobbly. So he flips one over to see if it'd work better tying the paddle ends together.]
Like this...?

[Because if both paddle ends are turned inwards, there will only be the stick ends to attach more to.]

... But also sturdy enough to do any good. Hm.
[Flipping the oar back over to squint at it.]

...they probably won't like us dismantling the rides, though.

I wonder if they have things in place to prevent vandalism. Are they watching us, or is everything automatic?
no subject
Or they might have been watching, I guess. If they're watching, it might be possible to find some time when they're not so we can do things safely...

I have a feeling this project is going to take a lot of trial and error.

[he's going to try again with the stick ends, this time using the sweatshirt and then tying the sweatshirt even tighter with the vine. He's not sure if it will stay in tact since it's a plant, but he tried to get the thickest one he could find...]

This almost has to work. No way would they think we'd try something like this; they couldn't have prepared for it...

That looks pretty good!
