[ and now Legion has a grand total of two stickers!! What a great day for Legion. It looks down at the sticker first, but clearly doesn't seem to mind, since it makes no effort to peel it off. ]

Well duh, of course it does! That's why teachers always have those gold stickers in school! Whenever you do really good, you get a gold star! It's super motivating to do your absolute best. And my stickers are really great, because they're really happy and cute and all say motivational stuff on them! I think you clearly need one.

[Here mister no fun allowed robot, she's going to just flip through her book, pick out a sticker and...stick it to you! Somewhere. You're really tall. Maybe your hand!

You were home schooled? And your mom never gave you gold stars for doing good?! That's awful! You are sorely missing out. But it's okay because I have lots of stickers to go around!

Whaaaat? Not having to go to school is pretty cool, but not having a mother is really sad! Mothers are the best thing ever basically. Well, almost. I think twin brothers are even better personally, but mothers are really close second place.

[ At this point, Legion will crouch down to be a little bit closer to Mabel's level. It seems like a nice gesture, even if really it's just trying to look at her better. ]

For organics, yes. We do not have families. We have no need for such a social structure.

[Probably not, no...but you know, instead of asking again, she's just going to give this big no fun robot a hug. Hugs are ten times better than anything you could say about how sad that is.]

Clearly you just need someone to be your family then! Because families are definitely the best thing you can have! Better than friends and stickers and everything basically.

[ They truly, truly are, because Legion hasn't exactly been around children in the first place, so Mabel is a confusing creature, but then it gets a hug, which is even more against its expectations. The plates around its head shift more rapidly, like it's confused, but data suggests that this is a gesture that should be reciprocated, so Legion returns the hug, if awkwardly. ]

Is it expected to use familiar familial terms?

You don't have to! You can call us Mabel and Dipper if you want! But we won't mind brother and sister either! Maybe make it a good mix of both? That's what we usually do.
